Umpqua Community College Men's Wrestling coach Kyle Temple has announced the signing of Peyton Forbes of Marshfield High School in Coos Bay, OR where he was a 2020 Oregon State Runner up at 145 pounds. Forbes is a projected 141 pounder for the RiverHawks next season. Coach Temple had the following to say about Forbes: "Peyton will help strengthen up our middle weights for the next couple of year. Peyton has been working a room with some of the best wrestlers out of Oregon the last 5 or 6 years. He has been battle tested and brings the hard blue-collar work ethic we like in our program. I expect Peyton to be competing for a starting spot right away and working hard to achieve his individual and team goals during the 2020-2021 season."
