Umpqua Community College has announced the addition of Men's Wrestling to its line-up of sports to be offered, starting in the fall of 2017. Umpqua will be one of three Oregon community colleges to sponsor Men's Wrestling programs. Men's Wrestling has a very strong high school participation rate in Douglas County, along with a storied history of success. The RiverHawk program will be a scholarship program consisting of 30-35men. The RiverHawks will compete in the National Jumior College Athletic Association.
